The Tuxedo PTO’s biggest fundraising event of the year is fast approaching, the Annual Tricky Tray Raffle! The raffle will kick off on Tuesday, May 20th and will coincide with the Spring Concerts at GGM and GFB. Parents and friends can attend the Spring Concerts and get a chance to peruse the baskets and prizes and take advantage of the Preview Sale discounted prices. The Tricky Tray Preview Sale will run from 1:00pm to 9:00pm in the GFB lobby. Raffle tickets will be discounted for this day only, so be sure to stop by!
The final raffle will be held at our End of Year Party on Thursday, June 12th at Characters Restaurant. The PTO is hosting a fun Trivia Night with food and entertainment. Winners will be drawn that evening. Mark your calendars now so you don't miss out on the fun and fantastic prizes!

Get Ready for Summer Book Swap - Books Needed Please!
The PTO is collecting gently used books for our much-loved Book Swap coming up in June. Throughout the month of May, we will be collecting children's and young adult books. Drop off containers are conveniently located at the entry of both GGM and GFB.
Please help our students stock up on summer books. The more books we collect, the more we can give to our students for FREE! We plan to have a wonderful selection of books available for all ages. The Book Swap will take place on June 5th and 6th in the GGM Library. More information and a class shopping schedule to follow.

Once again, the PTO invites you to drop off your kids (grades pre-K - 6) for Movie Night! Please join us at our NEW location - the GGM Library on Wednesday, May 7th, where students can continue the fun with Movie Night Part 2. Pizza and treats will be served. Children are welcome to bring their favorite blanket and plushy to snuggle with during the movie. This is a FREE event!

There is a Dine to Donate Fundraiser for the Senior Class on Monday April 28th at Character's Restaurant. A portion of food ordered will go towards the Seniors and their Spring events such as prom and the senior trip. Thank you for your support!
Congressman Pat Ryan will host a Service Academy Information Session on Saturday, April 26 from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. on the SUNY Orange campus at 10 East Conklin Ave. in Middletown, NY. The event is open to the public. Students, parents, and educators interested in learning about the Service Academy nomination process, meeting nomination board interviewers, or discovering other pathways to service are encouraged to attend.

George F. Baker students and their caregivers are invited to attend two college fairs that being held in Westchester County this spring. Both events are free of charge. These fairs give students and families an opportunity to speak directly with admissions officers and representatives from approximately two hundred colleges and universities they may otherwise not have the chance to visit personally. Students can meet one-on-one with admissions counselors at their tables to discuss entrance requirements, campus life, application deadlines and majors. IT’S TIME TO. . . Grab your boots, flannels, and cowboy hats for a fun-filled Country Trivia Night presented to you by the Middle School Student Council and PTO. The event will be held at the Eagle Valley Firehouse on Friday, April 4th from 6pm-9pm. Bring your appetites and competitive spirits as there will be lots of snacks, pizza, scrumptious ice cream sundaes, and prizes to be won. Permission slips have been handed out to all Middle School Students and we ask that they are returned by Wednesday, March 19th. The Addams Family is coming to George F. Baker! Don’t miss students in grades 6-12 as they bring this musical comedy to life, inspired by the beloved characters from the classic 1960s television show.
